Hair & Son was originally founded by a Mr Edmunds and Frederick Gordon Hair in 1922 trading as Edmunds & Hair. Shortly thereafter, Mr Edmunds left and the firm became known as Fredk. G Hair & Son.

There have been many changes to the Partnership over the last 90 years. The firm continues to enjoy a reputation for integrity, competence and innovation. Hair & Son has become a major independent firm of Surveyors, Property Managers, Estate Agents, Valuers and Auctioneers employing a staff of over 80.

With the extensive knowledge gained over more than 80 years of trading, the Partnership is more than competent to advise on all aspects of property ownership, values and associated matters.
